Privacy Policy

A full privacy policy is being prepared. In the meantime, our data handling is summarized in Section 8 of our Terms & Conditions.

We collect email addresses for notifications and report delivery. Eligibility checks can store profile fields and screening summaries even without an account. Saving results or buying a report stores the submitted profile and results for retrieval and fulfilment. Signup requests can also record IP address, browser information and referring page. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

When you arrive through a TrafficJunky ad, we use a session cookie to remember its click identifier. We report completed free checks and confirmed purchases to TrafficJunky with that identifier, an event identifier and, for purchases, the payment amount. We do not include your email, passport, income, household details or assessment results in those reports.

We also measure site visits and progress through the free check and checkout using a temporary first-party session cookie that expires after 30 minutes. We store campaign labels, page paths without query strings, timestamps, whether an ad click identifier was received (with a one-way hash), and signals such as page visibility, interaction and time in an active tab. This visit log does not store your raw IP address, email, passport, income or form answers. Test visits are excluded from our normal traffic reports. Visit records are removed by a daily cleanup once they are more than 30 days old.
