2. No Guarantee of Accuracy
While we make every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, visa rules, income thresholds, processing times, costs, and school availability change frequently. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on this platform. Users must independently verify all information with official government sources, consulates, and qualified professionals before making relocation decisions.
3. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
DigitalNomadLens is not a law firm, tax advisory, or immigration consultancy. Nothing on this platform creates a client-professional relationship. For visa applications, tax planning, and legal matters, consult a licensed immigration lawyer or tax advisor in the relevant jurisdiction.
4. Data Sources and Confidence
Information is sourced from government portals, immigration law firms, community reports, and public databases. Source labels identify the recorded source category; they do not establish that every report claim has been independently verified. Recorded confidence is not independent verification. “Community-reported” and “AI-synthesised” data is anecdotal and should not be relied upon for legal decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
DigitalNomadLens, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to visa application rejections, financial losses, or relocation complications.
6. Paid Reports
Paid reports are informational products, not professional consultations. Report purchases are normally non-refundable once delivered. If your report contains a factual error that materially affects a recommendation, contact us and we will correct it or refund you. If the free eligibility check shows zero viable countries, the paid report will not be offered.
7. Affiliate Relationships
DigitalNomadLens may earn commissions from partner services (insurance, coworking, housing platforms) linked in reports. Affiliate relationships do not influence eligibility results or country rankings.
8. Privacy
We collect email addresses for notifications and report delivery. Eligibility checks can store profile fields and screening summaries even without an account. Saving results or buying a report stores the submitted profile and results for retrieval and fulfilment. Signup requests can also record IP address, browser information and referring page. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
